Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM PT ship the same business day. Weekend orders ship on Monday.

  • Free shipping on orders $25 and up.
  • Flat $5 shipping for orders under $25.
  • Tracked & insured shipping, typically 2–5 business days.
  • Orders over $500 ship with signature confirmation at no extra cost.

Local pickup

Local pickup availability can vary. Contact us after ordering and we will confirm pickup options if they are available.

Returns

Graded slabs may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the holder is intact and tamper-free. Raw cards are final sale. Contact us before shipping a return.

  • Return requests must include the order number and photos of the card and packaging.
  • Cards must be returned in the same condition and holder received.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a listing or fulfillment error.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the card and email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file an insurance claim.

Address changes

Contact us immediately if an order has the wrong shipping address. Once a package is handed to the carrier, address changes may not be possible and delivery will follow the carrier's redirect options.
