By using evergreensportscards.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

Orders

Adding a card to your cart reserves it for 35 minutes while you check out. Placing an order reserves the card for you until payment is confirmed via Stripe, at which point the sale is final subject to our return policy.

Inventory is one-of-one unless otherwise noted. If a listing, reservation, or payment issue causes an item to become unavailable after checkout, our remedy is to cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it.

Payments and fraud review

Payments are processed through Stripe. We may cancel or hold an order if payment fails, fraud checks require review, shipping details cannot be verified, or the order appears inconsistent with normal collector purchasing activity.

Accuracy

We strive for accurate listings, but cards are inspected by humans and descriptions may contain errors. If a listing is materially wrong, we'll make it right.

Card condition is shown through listing photos and written details. Raw card grades are not guaranteed unless a card is described as professionally graded by a third-party grader.

Card images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Do not reproduce them without permission.

Disputes

If something is wrong with an order, contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
